Join us for an update on CFPB's supervision and enforcement priorities under the Trump Administration and its current Acting Director, Mick Mulvaney.  Our panel includes Tony Alexis of Goodwin LLP. Tony was the former Assistant Director and Head of the Office of Enforcement at the CFPB.  During his tenure there, Tony developed and managed the CFPBs enforcement strategy, consumer financial investigations and litigation. He will be joined by Allyson Baker, a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Venable, LLP. Allyson Baker, also a distinguished former CFPB Attorney in the Office of Enforcement, represents banks and nonbanks in financial services litigation and investigations, especially those initiated by the CFPB. 

This dynamic panel will bring their insights about the inner workings of the Bureau to discuss new developments at the CFPB and their implications for 2018.  This overview will identify risks and opportunities for our organizations in todays regulatory environment.  Topics include:
