As part of the accommodation process under the Americans with Disabilities Act, employers are required to consider numerous options that would assist the employee in performing the essential functions of the job. This presentation will provide an overview of the accommodation process for sports and entertainment companies, focusing on what is required of the employer and employee during the interactive process, and whether additional accommodations in the form of additional leave or temporary transfer may be necessary under the circumstances.
