Governing Through Disruption: A Boardroom Guide for 2018
Culture as a Corporate Asset

The ACC Foundation is pleased to present a panel on the challenges corporate boards will face in 2018 as they deal with disruption in a number of areas, including technology, business, economic, regulatory, political, and social activism, as a result of innovation in technology, changing consumer behavior, and emerging socio-political unrest. The panelists will provide tips and an overview of the disciplines that board-ready candidates need to be well-versed in to successfully navigate their boards in a dynamic global market.  The discussion will include the ways boards can best adapt and innovate, including by adding talented women and diverse candidates to the board.
