Description |
The National Labor Relations Board recently rolled back significant Board decisions under the Obama administration on joint employer status, handbook, confidentiality and work rules, and “micro” bargaining units. As a result of these decisions, employers may wish to reconsider joint employment issues, reinstitute handbook policies that were rescinded or revised in light of NLRA concerns, and reassess potential bargaining unit configurations under these new, more employer-friendly decisions. The speakers will discuss the various opportunities this presents for the proactive employer. |
