An overview of Indian laws and sample legal experiences when MNE’s choose to enter Indian markets, conduct business there, and decide to restructure and exit.
The program will deal with employment structures, cross-border movement, laws pertaining to lay-offs and redundancies, cross-border investigations, legal compliance and red-hot legal issues such as sexual harassment in the workplace. Also under focus will be key traps for unwary foreign employers, reforms on the horizon and everyday practical solutions.
