Business is global, so in-house departments are dealing with more and more international contracts. There isnít enough time or money to hire outside counsel every time a contract involves another jurisdiction.

This webcast will highlight some tried and true techniques for managing international contracts including ways to determine and address the highest risk items in international contracts, deciding when it is worthwhile to retain outside counsel and determining the appropriate scope of review by outside counsel. The webcast will also consider the complications that arise in handling international contracts when the in-house department has lawyers in several jurisdictions.
