Patent assertions by non-practicing entities (NPEs) - sometimes referred to as "patent trolls" - have been the subject of numerous press reports and are on the minds of many businesses in numerous industries.  The House passed legislation making various patent litigation changes, and now the Senate is considering that legislation and its own in order to address these issues.  The webcast will feature in-house attorneys from a cross-section of industries who will discuss the pros and cons of the legislation before the United States Senate.  They will describe how it may impact your company and how you can get involved.
